Headstrong

A personal trainer for your mind, available 24/7 to young people for their wellbeing

Headstrong
About this project

Headstrong is a Chatbot that can teach young people simple and proven strategies to improve wellbeing and stay in control. Students can choose one of our ‘HABITs characters’, to explain the 4-week programme, help set goals and check in daily to track mood and present new activities.

We ran a small trial in 2019 to find out if young people liked Headstrong and whether they found it helpful. Now we are making improvements and will re-launch a new and improved Headstrong chatbot in the coming months.
